Really enjoyed Phoenix, the hotel was well-organised and absolutely great by everything you may need. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained with kitchen, the staff were pleasant.

This hotel was easy base for exploring Phoenix, thoroughly enjoyed it and venue’s helpful staff from the housekeepers. The location was particularly good and incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from a big amusement park. Everything was simply excellent.

It made our trip to Phoenix a nice experience. Stayed for 9 nights and was impressed by this pet-friendly hotel. We liked the supper friendly and very helpful staff, and good service. Our location was particularly good and fantastic to the Outback restaurant. It was 1 mi from Blimpie, offering quick-service food.

The location was good, just a pleasant stroll away from a big amusement park. Freeway was close to the venue.

This place is conveniently located right next to a slope and Castles and Coasters, making it an excellent spot.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The women at the reception desk were friendly and informative when I checked in. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the kitchen area with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils. The rooms were well-appointed, with everything I needed and lovely decor. The staff was great, offering exceptional value compared to other locations I've stayed at. The breakfast crew was warm and inviting, efficiently keeping everyone satisfied. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to many places and offering easy access to transportation.

Hard to think of anything negative during my stay.

I have two very active teens, your staff was professional and gracious to them when they asked questions about facilities, etc. They loved that the pool was open. Very quiet. Comfy mattresses.

The staff is warm and inviting, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is tasty and offers a variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste. Plus, the hotel is back on the interstate, making it easy to continue your journey hassle-free.

One negative aspect is that there is no mirror outside of the bathroom, which can be inconvenient when other family members are waiting to use the bathroom.
